The UK and People’s Republic of China discussed the future of Hong Kong in the 1980s. The two nations co-signed the Sino-British Joint Declaration determining the handover of Hong Kong to China in 1997 without our content, and yet we did not actively reject this move. In 1989, Chinese students protested against the corruption of the Chinese government, which resulted in suppression by the armed forces of the Chinese regime. We were sad, angry, helpless and in a quandary. The event revealed China as a brutal country. However, neither was the handover of Hong Kong to China terminated, nor did we actively express our concern to the UK and opposed against the handover.

Let bygones be bygones, and look possibilities yet to be.

Grasp the present. Make the future. Don’t take the wrong step again. Hong Kong’s future is on our hands!

Since Hong Kong’s handover to China, Hong Kong SAR government and Chinese government breached the principle and promise of “Hong Kong-China Two Systems” stated in the Sino-British Joint Declaration in many aspects: curbed are the freedom of speech, press and assembly, human rights violated, breach of the Rule of Law such as equality before the law and judicial independence, destruction of the democratic system, worsening corruption, intrusion on the languages of Hong Kong, and the list goes on. Protest against the UK’s handover of Hong Kong to brutal China! China breached the Sino-British Joint Declaration! We urge the UK to declare the Sino-British Joint Declaration void and resume British sovereignty over Hong Kong. After the reunification of Hong Kong and the UK, in a fair and just manner, Hongkongers will decide the future of Hong Kong by conducting a referendum on Hong Kong becoming an UK overseas territory.

1980年代英中兩國談判香港前途問題。兩國喺1984年簽署《中英聯合聲明》，聲明喺1997年將香港移交中華人民共和國，未經我哋同意，我哋亦未有積極主動反對。1989年中國學生喺中國北京天安門抗議中國政府貪污腐敗，被中國當局武力鎮壓。我哋傷心、憤怒、徬徨，無助。事件顯示中國係一個殘暴不仁嘅國家，然而香港並未因此事而否決移交中國，我哋亦無就此事向英國積極主動咁反對香港移交中國。

逝者已矣，來者可追。

把握現在，創造未來，唔好再重蹈覆轍，香港嘅未來喺我哋手上！

香港被移交中國後，香港特區政府同中國政府喺香港剝削言論新聞集會嘅自由、踐踏人權、無視法律規則（ Rule of Law）（即法律前人人平等、司法獨立等）、破壞民主制度、貪污腐敗日趨嚴重、竄改香港既有語言等等，均違反《中英聯合聲明》「港中兩制」嘅原則同承諾。抗議英國將香港交予殘暴中國！中國違反《中英聯合聲明》，要求英國宣告《中英聯合聲明》失效，香港回歸英國。香港回歸英國後，喺公平公正嘅情況下，香港人公投香港成為英國海外領土，決定香港前途與未來。

As a colony of the United Kingdom from 1842, Hong Kong was listed as a non-self-governing territory under Chapter XI of the Charter of the United Nations that recognizes “the interests of the inhabitants of these territories are paramount”. However, Hong Kong was removed from the List in 1972 and later in 1997, the sovereignty of Hong Kong was transferred from the United Kingdom to totalitarian China, all without Hong Kongers’ consent. We should have the right of self-determination. Our language, cultural, political, economic, social, and educational advancements are all under threat from China. China intervenes and manipulates the internal affairs of Hong Kong. It breaches the terms of 1984 Sino-British Joint Declaration. We urge the United Kingdom, the International Court of Justice and the United Nations to declare the 1984 Sino-British Declaration void, resume British sovereignty over Hong Kong and put Hong Kong back on the List of Non-Self-Governing Territories.

Events in Hong Kong indicated China has no intention to uphold its end of the bargain. Many aspects of lives are undergoing rapidly deteriorating. Particularly finance, education, judiciary, immigration, policing, healthcare, human rights, freedom of speech and press are all in full retreat. We lost our border and immigration control soon after the unjust transfer of sovereignty of Hong Kong from the United Kingdom to China. The local and official languages in Hong Kong are English and Cantonese. However, children are misformed in schools that Mandarin is the standard language but not Cantonese. Our languages and unique culture are under threat. Brainwashing China-patriotic elements are penetrated across all subjects in education… these are just minor parts of the tip of the iceberg. Peking’s will and influence are the very obvious causes of these negative changes. The Chinese do not respect the terms on the 1984 Joint Declaration. In order to uphold British honour and integrity, we urge the United Kingdom to declare the 1984 Sino-British Joint Declaration void. Only with British leadership can the glitter on the Crown Jewel of the Orient shines again.

Hong Kongers have the right to determine Hong Kong’s political system. Until our collective voice expressed in a fairly conducted referendum, the United Kingdom has the duty to govern. We need support from the World especially the United Kingdom!

British Nationals (Overseas) in Hong Kong

Under the premise that we support reuniting Hong Kong with the United Kingdom and pledge loyalty to the United Kingdom, we urge Britain to grant those of us who are British Nationals (Overseas) a citizenship and give their child or children a British nationality.

We were born and raised in British Hong Kong. We love British Hong Kong. We love and respect Britain. We did not have a chance to opt for Hong Kong as a British overseas territory, instead the sovereignty of Hong Kong was transferred to totalitarian China in 1997 through the 1984 Sino-British Joint Declaration co-signed by Britain and China. China even illegally and arbitrarily regards Hong Kong’s British Nationals as Chinese Nationals in the 1984 Joint Declaration, an act that is racially discriminatory. As a consequence, Hong Kong’s British Nationals cannot get protection from British Consulate General in Hong Kong and China as indicated in the 1984 Joint Declaration. Since 1997, China executes genocide in Hong Kong through rapidly planting a great number of Chinese nationals in Hong Kong, arrogating to themselves the identity as Hong Kongers via numerous methods. Our language, cultural, political, economic, social, and educational foundations are all threatened by China as well. Furthermore, the 1984 Joint Declaration’s protection has a duration of fifty years, of which only thirty-three years remain. The future of British Nationals and their children is in danger. Hong Kong is a British overseas territory. We urge Hong Kong to reunite with the United Kingdom. Under the premise that we support reuniting Hong Kong with the United Kingdom and pledge loyalty to the United Kingdom, we urge Britain to grant those of us who are British Nationals (Overseas) a citizenship and give their child or children a British nationality.

很多香港發生之事件都顯示中國無意履行《1984英中聯合聲明》。香港各方面均急劇惡化，金融、教育、司法、入境移民、治安、醫療保健、人權、言論及新聞自由尤為嚴重。自 從香港主權從英國被非正當移交中國後，我等失去邊界及入境移民之控制權。香港本地及官方語言乃英語及廣東話。但幼童返學時，被誤導中國北京話為標準語言， 而非我地親切又地道既廣東話。我等之語言及獨特文化正受威脅破壞。洗腦式愛中國主義之內容滲透各學科…凡此種種乃冰山一角之小部份。顯然易見，北京政府之 干預及操縱導致此等破壞。中國唔尊重《1984英中聯合聲明》之條文。我等要求英國宣告《1984英中聯合聲明》失效，以捍衞英國之榮譽及信譽。只有英國 之領導方能令香港此顆東方皇冠寶石再次閃耀。

香港人有權決定香港之政制及未來。於我等之意願能以公平公正之公民投票去表達前，英國有責任繼續管治香港。香港需要全世界支持，特別係英國！

香港之英國國民（海外）

於我等支持香港回歸英國及效忠英國之前提下，為其中身為英國國民（海外）之香港人，爭取英國公民身份及為其子女爭取英國國籍。

我等生長於英治香港之香港人，喜愛英治香港，愛戴英國。我等並未有機會選擇作為英國海外領土，香港之主權卻以英中雙方簽署之《1984英中聯合聲明》於一九九七年被移交至極權中國。《1984聯合聲明》裏，中國更非法及種族歧視，擅自將香港之英國國民視為中國國民，更導致《1984聯合聲明》裏列明，香港之英國國民於香港及中國不獲英國領事保護。自一九九七年以蒞，中國於香港實施種族滅絕，用各種方法輸入中國人成為香港人。我等之語言、文化、政治、經濟、社會及教育更受到中國威脅及破壞。而且《1984聯合聲明》之保護效力只有五十年，如今只剩三十二年，英國國民及其子女之將來甚為危險。香港乃英國海外領土。我等要求香港回歸英國。於支持香港回歸英國及效忠英國之前提下，為身為英國國民（海外）之香港人，爭取英國公民身份及為其子女爭取英國國籍。

Our objection against the People’s Republic of China 我地對中國之譴責聲明

– We object the PRC’s heavy-handed intervention of Hong Kong’s internal affairs, in particular their recent attempt to contravene the Sino-British Joint Declaration through the release of the white paper. Their contriving of the 17th August protest aimed towards disrupting Hong Kong’s domestic politics is also a breach of the Declaration. We demand that PRC withdraw from Hong Kong.

– We condemn the illegal Chinese invasion of Hong Kong, an act that violates both the Sino-British Joint Declaration and human rights. We also protest against the forceful conversion of Hong Kong citizens’ nationality from British to Chinese, carried out by the PRC through the Declaration; it is a clear breach of human rights and an discriminatory act against the people of Hong Kong, and a poorly disguised invasion. We demand that PRC withdraw from Hong Kong.

– We rebuke the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC for their false accusations of the United Kingdoms’ interference in Hong Kong’s affairs; such accusations also serve as propaganda towards the people of Hong Kong. As the country that brought civilisation to Hong Kong, as well as one of the signatories of the Sino-British Joint Declaration, the United Kingdoms is responsible for Hong Kong and her people, and therefore responsible for helping Hong Kong escape Chinese annexation.

Objection against the People’s Republic of China, 對中國之譴責聲明

– 譴責中國嚴重干預香港內政，近日更以《白皮書》形式竄改《中英聯合聲明》，並策動8.17示威以干擾香港內政，違反《中英聯合聲明》，要求中國撤出香港；

– 斥責中國以非法及違反人權之《中英聯合聲明》入侵香港，抗議中國於《聯合聲明》中，擅自更改英籍港人國籍為中國籍，違反人權及歧視港人，以試圖掩飾其侵略罪行，要求中國撤出香港；

– 譴責中國外交部經常作出失實聲明，誣蔑英國干預香港事務，以圖誤導港人。英國作為領導香港走向文明之師，更為《中英聯合聲明》簽署國之一，關心香港及港人，並協助港人走出中國魔掌，乃盡心盡責之舉。

The so-called democratic party & “Occupy Central” in Hong Kong 香港既所謂民主派及「和平佔中」

The Hong Kong democrats party (anti-democrats in nature) , had came up with “Occupy Central” . This movement had deliver the message of “Hong Kongese are patriotic to PRC and willing to be invaded by PRC” to media globally, especially to western media. Their patriotic is only on verbal level, for most of their direct family are already foreign (i.e., “non-China” in their viewpoint) passport holder or study abroad or in applying foreign nationality. Ironically, it is the UK and other free countries which highly value freedom and human rights. These hypocrites at the same time are ruining everything in Hong Kong – education, living space, food safety, legal system and other aspects. The ordinary Hong Kongese and their children, unlike Hong Kong democrats and other elites who have the ability to leave behind their homeland and live very well everywhere, are struck in the inferno that newly created by Hong Kong democrats. The movement, “let love and peace occupy central”, hope there’s still love and mercy for Hong Kong.

呢個民主派（實為反民主派）搞緊既「和平佔中」，喺英美等傳媒宣傳香港人好愛中國，並想繼續畀中國侵佔。呢班人把口話愛中國，但絶大部份嘅人有中國 以外既國籍（多數係英國或其他崇尚自由同人權既國家），家人均擁有中國以外既國籍，或將子女送往中國以外既國家讀書。佢地聲稱愛中國但每人都擁有中國以外既國籍，你話有幾 虛偽。請佢地放過香港，放過香港人吧！再咁落去，香港人會畀中國整死，死得好慘！有好多香港人，好多細路，仲要喺香港繼續生活，唔似佢地係香港最有錢果少數，香港淪陷變成地獄，可以一走了之。該行動名稱為「讓愛與和平佔領中環」，希望佢地心中還有愛。
